South Stradbroke Island or TOS (The Other Side) is one of the most celebrated waves on the Gold Coast is the result of a regular influx of sand from the Gold Coast Sand Bypassing System.

Together with offshore sandbars, these break up incoming swells into a myriad of peaky configurations. You’ll get more tube time here than at most places in the world.
